Satellite imagery, designed to aid in management of resources and monitoring of oceanic and terrestrial changes, is available from Satellite Pour l’Observation de la Terre (SPOT 5), a system of satellites launched in 2002. It includes the SIX Maps Viewer (cadastral, topographic, imagery, place names and addressing data) and the Historical Imagery Viewer which contains imagery dating back to the 1930s.
