Lol, after gaining Milda in my party I thought that the next few people that joined would be increasingly higher leveled, but alas Milda is the highest level (LV35) "new member" in the game, and Liete (LV30) will be relatively weak if you pump up Justin and Feena's LV to match Milda before actually getting Milda in the party.
